It fuels our passion and drives every decision we make.Job Posting TitleManager Service DeliveryJob DescriptionThe Manager Service Delivery is responsible for coordinating and oversight of the end-to-end Government Programs Issue Management process and client relations supporting PBM Operations in a consistent and effective manner. This position leads internal and external calls to identify enhancements to process and training and recommends adoption of best practices to reduce effort required of customers. This role will also support implementation of operational changes impacting clients that may be product, strategic, IT, senior leadership driven or operational in scope.ResponsibilitiesSupport clients by operating as the liaison between PBM Operations teamsMaintain client action logs to drive internal project plans and report results/progress to clientsIdentify areas/potential projects where process redesign/improvement can significantly impact efficiency, quality, profitability, competitive position and client/customer satisfactionDirect Service Delivery team in the areas of client relations and implementations and team developmentWork closely with the Issue Management and PBM Operations senior leadership team to achieve strategic goals and define and manage the execution and communications around the delivery of medium and large-scale implementationsClarify, manage and prioritize all client requests relative to operational processes in partnership with the Service Excellence teamConduct in-flight and after-action reviews of the performance results and conformance to expectations for initiativesOther duties as assignedEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in business or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required6 years of work experience in health care industry or operations including 1 year of account or relationship management/client service delivery1 year leadership/people management experienceMust be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorshipMust be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.Additional QualificationsTeam player, comfortable with fast paced, changing environment and ambiguityExcellent communication skills, verbal, written and presentation, with the ability to communicate information in a manner that promotes credibility and facilitates the resolution of different viewsAble to work effectively with all organizational levelsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point; working knowledge of VisioPreferred QualificationsProject Management Professional (PMP) certificationExperience interfacing (presenting, interacting) with executive and senior leadership team membersPhysical DemandsAbility to travel up to 25% of the timeAbility to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, overtime, on-call, and shifts outside of Prime's core business hours of 9:00 am to 3:00 pmConstantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hearFrequently required to reach with hands and armsOccasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouchOccasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 poundsSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focusEvery employee must understand, comply with and attest to the security responsibilities and security controls unique to their job, and comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements and internal policies and procedures.Potential pay for this position ranges from $81,000.00 - $138,000.00 based on experience and skills.To review our Benefits, Incentives and Additional Compensation, visit our Benefits Page (https://www.primetherapeutics.com/benefits) and click on the "Benefits at a glance" button for more detail._Prime Therapeutics LLCis proud to be an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
