Summary : The Manger of Development Operations and Stewardship plays a pivotal role in supporting ThriveMore’s fundraising and donor engagement efforts. This position ensures the integrity, efficiency, and effectiveness of development operations, while leading stewardship initiatives to cultivate meaningful relationships with donors, residents, and their families. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, systems-savvy, and passionate about advancing ThriveMore’s mission through excellence in donor services and data management.
Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor's degree
Minimum Qualifications
• 3–5 years of professional experience in nonprofit development operations, stewardship, or donor relations.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Proficiency in donor database systems (Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT preferred).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for serving seniors and supporting mission-driven work.
• Experience with wealth screening tools and data analysis.
• Prior involvement in coordinating board or donor events.
• Familiarity with nonprofit fundraising principles and donor lifecycle management.

Essential Functions
Development Operations:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor and constituent records in the CRM.
• Accurately process all gifts, pledges, and pledge reminders in a timely manner.
• Generate routine and ad hoc development reports to inform strategy, track KPIs, and guide front-line fundraising.
• Analyze and synthesize wealth screening and donor engagement data to support portfolio prioritization and prospecting.
• Maintain portfolio assignments and integrity for front-line fundraisers; monitor activity and provide regular updates.
• Oversee and improve systems, tools, and workflows that support a data-informed development strategy.
Stewardship and Donor Engagement:
• Produce timely, personalized gift acknowledgments and manage the gift acknowledgment cycle.
• Lead special stewardship initiatives, such as year-end giving campaigns and seasonal thank-you efforts.
• Coordinate logistics and materials for donor events, including invitation management, tracking, and follow-up.
• Support planning and materials preparation for Foundation Board meetings and donor-facing communications
