Pay: $43.25 - $69.19 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Nursing. * State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). * Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider. * 3 years of nursing experience. * 1 year of supervisory experience.

Summary :

* Manages daily clinical operations of ambulatory departments to ensure alignment with specialty department and organizational objectives.

Responsibilities :

* Executes specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization. * Manages clinic staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management. Performs and oversees scheduling, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements. * Adheres to departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations. Determines and justifies needs for systems, equipment, and supplies purchases; monitors usage and oversees proper working order and stock supplies. * Drives and is accountable for adherence and improvement to quality of patient care delivered and coordinates patient care services with patients, staff, physician leadership, and other departments.
