Job Description

Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment, packaging machines, refrigeration systems, and facility infrastructure. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues and implement effective solutions. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies. Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and equipment performance. Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. Assist in installing new machinery and equipment as needed.

The Successful Applicant

2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in the food or beverage industry. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and PLC troubleshooting. Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. Welding and fabrication experience is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime if needed.
