Employment Term - Temp to hire or Direct Hire
Employment Type - Full time
Work Hours (Shift) - 1st shift
Starting Pay - $25 to $35/hr

Required Education - High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience - At least 2 years of experience
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a crucial role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You'll be responsible for the preventative maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of a variety of painting equipment, vehicles, and facility systems. This is a hands-on position that requires a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues before they impact our work.
Responsibilities
Perform routine preventative maintenance on all painting equipment (e.g., sprayers, pressure washers, sanders), vehicles, and machinery. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on various equipment and vehicles. Conduct regular inspections of equipment, vehicles, and facilities to identify potential problems. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities. Order and manage inventory of spare parts and supplies. Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment on job sites as needed. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies. Collaborate with the operations team to schedule maintenance and minimize downtime. Qualifications Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in an industrial or construction setting. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with painting equipment (e.g., airless sprayers, conventional sprayers) is a plus. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools. Basic welding and fabrication skills are a bonus. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
