Key Requirements:
- Must have experience working in Manufacturing
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- The Maintenance Technician Lead position is responsible for various aspects related to plant and facility maintenance and upkeep, ensuring the safe operation of all activities on the premises, and maintaining environmental compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations.
- This includes the development and execution of preventative maintenance programs, project management of facility upgrades and expansions, and achieving and maintaining compliance with current OSHA and DEQ standards.
- Strong interpersonal skills,
- Ability to follow and assign directions and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- ERP Systems
Shifts:
- Monday - Friday, some weekends may be required
- 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
Duration:
- Temporary to Permanent
