We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a proactive maintenance department in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment. This role is hands-on and leadership-focused, ensuring equipment reliability, high machine uptime, and world-class safety standards in a multi-shift operation. The successful candidate will build and guide a cross-functional maintenance team, manage preventative and predictive maintenance programs, and drive continuous improvement across plant operations.

What You’ll Do: Lead, mentor, and supervise a multi-shift maintenance team in a heavy industrial plant. Drive world-class safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations. Manage and enforce preventative and predictive maintenance programs. Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and PLC issues. Plan and execute large-scale capital projects while managing budgets. Continuously improve equipment reliability, uptime, and efficiency.
What You Bring: 10+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance supervision. Strong technical expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and PLC controls. Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop teams. Hands-on problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills. Experience managing capital/MRO budgets and large maintenance projects. Technical degree (mechanical/electrical) or equivalent industry experience.
