We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor 3rd Shift to become a part of our team! You will perform necessary work to keep machines, mechanical equipment, and structure of an establishment in repair.

Responsibilities:

Manager communication both verbally and written to leadership timely.

Responsible for a team of technicians ensuring that they are closing jobs and completing the work in scope.

Responsible for review and approve time off in systems

Understanding of quality metrics and reporting

Developing a culture of team environment

Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings

Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion

Order and replace broken parts or equipment

Maintain a clean and a safe work space

Perform other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous experience in maintenance

Working with unions or managing a union environment

Can use handheld tools

AC/Electrical and plumbing knowledge

Deadline and detail-oriented

Ability to handle physical workload

Ability to have hard conversations professionally and hold team members accountable
