Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities:
- Manage personnel engaged in painting and performing structural repairs to masonry, woodwork, and furnishings of buildings.
- Manage personnel engaged in general cleaning and up keep of buildings, including buffing, dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and washing windows.
- Manage personnel assisting other departments as requested, including moving furniture and unloading and storing supplies.
- Requisitions tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Coordinate and perform repairs and maintenance of production equipment including injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
- Coordinate and perform repairs and maintenance of buildings and facility equipment.
- Set up and maintain preventative maintenance programs for all machinery and equipment.
- Maintains facilities within established codes, and current insurance company requirements.
- Inspects completed work for conformance to blueprints, specification, and standards.
- Studies production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignments.
- Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.
- Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in technical field required.
- Proven track record of 7+ years in a related technical role (engineering/maintenance), including at least 5 years of experience in large scale operation manufacturing maintenance team management.
- Strong leadership skills with experience working with both management and technical/maintenance personnel. Must have proven experience as a direct people manager involving encouraging, motivating, coaching, training, and developing growth plans for team members. Communicate with all departments team members on company events, visitors, and activities.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding maintenance KPIs. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Continuous Improvement culture.
- Knowledge of electric, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanic and automation.
- Proven experience in budgeting, including the ability to develop, manage, and optimize maintenance budgets.
- Priority setting capabilities, time management, and flexibility
