We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Director to lead our dedicated teams in maintaining our buildings, grounds, and systems to the highest standards. What You’ll Do: Lead & Supervise – Oversee Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Laundry teams; hire, train, and create effective schedules. Manage Maintenance Operations – Keep buildings, systems, furniture, and equipment safe and functional; complete work requests promptly using TELS. Ensure Safety & Compliance – Conduct routine inspections, maintain OSHA/fire code compliance, and train staff on safety and emergency procedures. Budget & Vendor Oversight – Assist with budgeting, manage DSSI purchasing, and coordinate vendor services like pest control, trash collection, and IT systems. Support Residents – Assist with transportation, move-ins/move-outs, and ensure spaces are ready and welcoming.
