We are seeking professional, dedicated, experienced nurses who are dependable, personable, and committed to providing exceptional care. You will be part of a collaborative care team under RN, APRN, & physician supervision, supporting individuals with medical, behavioral and developmental needs.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a close-knit team and is looking for stability within an agency that truly understands the needs of our nurses. Open Positions: Full-Time Night Shift LPN 7pm-7am - 3 shifts per week (36hrs) Our new plus program is for select nursing professionals who are committed to their position & their calling as a nurse. Work 36hrs weekly & get paid for 40! Responsibilities Include: Medication administration, wound care, and treatment procedures Monitoring client conditions and reporting changes Following and documenting provider orders accurately Assisting with daily living tasks (eating, bathing, mobility) Must be able to lift 50+lbs & assist with transfers Educating clients and families on care and safety Ensuring quality, confidential, and evidence-based care & more!
