Regal Staffing Services is now hiring a Logistics Coordinator in Haslet, TX 76052.

Job location: Haslet, TX 76052
Shift hours: 7:00am – 4:00pm Mon-Thurs/ 7am- 12pm Fri
Position Details: Full-time, 35k- 50k salaried position, depending on experience

This position will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods, managing shipment schedules, and supporting daily logistics operations. Strong customer service skills are a must, as this role involves regular communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and resolve issues promptly
  • Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to track deliveries
  • Prepare and maintain shipping documents, reports, and records
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods
  • Address and resolve issues related to delays, damaged goods, or miscommunications
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with warehouse coordination
  • Utilize logistics software or systems to manage supply chain data
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation (preferred)
  • Must have strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software (e.g., WMS, TMS)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
