POSITION / PURPOSE :
The Local Leasing & Business Development Coordinator serves as a key support and activation partner for portfolio wide ancillary deal making. This role oversees pre-sales and post sales administration for the department and leads organizational efforts for department folders, processes, and workflow to yield efficient communication between the corporate and property Local Leasing & Business Development teams and other Centennial departments.
PRINCIPAL JOB ACTIVITIES:
Local Leasing & Business Development
Coordinate local leasing & business development corporate deals with the field, including tenant set up and move-in/move-outs.
Enter all license agreements for corporate deals, track approvals, obtain tenant signatures, track tenant openings, and ensure proper insurance is collected and filed.
Request and maintain copies of insurance on file for new and existing corporate generated ancillary deals.
Work with the EVP and VP to manage and coordinate all facets of corporate deals.
Assist the EVP and VP with agreement renewals as needed.
Serve as pre-sales and post sales point of contact for corporate business development deal implementation in the field (for example: sampling, national tours, signage or banner opportunities, vending, any corporate driven deal single property or multi-property, etc.).
Coordinate activation/placement/event set up with clients and mall operations staff. Collect recap information and proof of posting photos from field and file appropriately.
Manage, schedule, and upload digital media advertising content portfolio wide, as needed.
At direction of EVP and VP, coordinate the delivery, install, and proof of posting for all paid media/advertising on both interior and exterior of center.
Assist in sales reporting for all corporate deals.
Assist in regional and national department reporting of revenues by property and category.
Collaborate with the EVP, VP, and marketing to draft customized, turnkey templates, sales materials, and toolkits by property, region, and whole portfolio.
Pre-Sales Support
Create and manage inventory maps and listing for all properties, including carts, kiosks, sponsorship, media, parking lot, event space, activation maps and rate cards.
Draft proposals for corporate prospects including multi center portfolio wide deals.
Act as primary liaison between corporate and field as it relates to new deal opportunities and available inventory in the field.
Post-Sales Support
Play a key support role to activate and implement corporate deals at the local level.
Manage implementation check list and recap reports with the property management teams' digital and social media initiatives including updating and maintaining the website, collection of pictures, creation of content for posts, social media contests etc.
Confirm all contractual paperwork is collected and filed appropriately.
Assist with hand off of execution for corporate deals, including onsite logistics like set-up, vendor coordination, and post event evaluation.
Communicate with marketing to assure that corporate deals are promoted and supported as appropriate at the center level.
Financial Management
Ensure and maintain consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for LLBD revenue by individual property, region, and total portfolio.
Assist with the filing of corporate deal paperwork, billings, and accounts receivable.
Assist with coordination and filing of accurate budget materials, monthly forecasts, and assigned projects.
Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Minimum 2-3 years' experience, preferably in marketing, event planning, project coordination, sales, retail, or real estate.
Self-motivated, pro-active individual with a positive attitude.
A passion for being part of retail reinvention and evolution.
Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly dynamic work environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through.
Ability to work and learn both independently and in a team environment.
Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize tasks in a changing environment.
Must be a strategic and analytical thinker.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, problem solving, and time management skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to manage budgets and have solid accounting skills.
Ability to read and understand standard business documentation (e.g., contract language).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, internet, and social media platforms.
