MedAdventures is seeking a compassionate and skilledSpeech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at aSkilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Knoxville, TN. This is an excellent opportunity to help patients regain communication, cognitive, and swallowing functions in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients, families, and staff on therapy techniques and progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations and treatment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure holistic patient care.

Qualifications

• ActiveTennessee SLP license (or eligibility).
• SNF experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-focused care.
