Position Highlights:

• Start Date: ASAP upon 2-4 weeks credentialing
• Location: NIANTIC,  CT
• Duration: 2 months
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (40 hours/week)
• No on-call or callback
• Pay Range: $60-65

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver primary and specialized women’s health care in a correctional setting
• Manage acute and chronic conditions with autonomy and confidence
• Provide reproductive health services, including prenatal care and menopause management
• Collaborate with physicians and behavioral health staff to ensure continuity of care
• Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate records and uphold DOC standards

What You’ll Need:

• Active Connecticut NP license
• BLS and DEA certifications
• Minimum 1 year of Women's Health experience preferred

Support & Environment:

• Patient Volume: 6–10 per day
• Team: 1 provider on-site, supported by a multidisciplinary care team
• Interview: Virtual, conducted by Medical Director

• Orientation: On-site shadowing
