Local Contract WCS Healthcare is currently seeking an MRI Technologist to perform high-quality imaging procedures while ensuring patient comfort and safety in NY. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity!
Job Function:
Day Shift.
8:30am - 4:30pm.
Perform high-quality MRI exams according to established protocols.
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process by following company policies and procedures.
Operate MRI equipment efficiently, adjusting parameters such as TR, TE, flip angle, slice thickness, acquisitions, and field of view to optimize image quality.
Guide patients through procedures by providing clear communication, answering questions, and offering reassurance.
Respond promptly to physician inquiries and support clinical needs related to imaging.
Job Requirements:
ARRT(R)(MR) or ARMRIT certification.
2 years of MRI Tech experience.
BLS certification required.
