Who You Are Experienced litigation paralegal with a minimum of three years in a high-volume law firm environment Holder of a bachelor’s degree with bonus points for a paralegal certificate Meticulous researcher and document wrangler with a knack for uncovering facts and organizing chaos Skilled communicator who listens closely, writes clearly and juggles deadlines with ease Comfortable navigating legal tech platforms like Relativity, Lexis, Westlaw, NYSCEF and PACER Confident working across Microsoft Office and document management systems like iManage
What You’ll Do Review legal briefs for citation accuracy and apply formatting standards with precision Build tables of contents and authorities that make complex filings easy to navigate Prepare court-ready documents for state and federal filings, including hyperlinking where needed Support discovery efforts by organizing materials, managing databases and coordinating document production Assist attorneys with deposition prep, trial strategy and motion practice by organizing key materials Conduct factual research using internal databases and external sources ranging from court dockets to news archives Help locate and prepare witnesses for deposition and trial Play a hands-on role in trial prep, including exhibit management, tech coordination and logistical setup

Pay Rate Range: $55-60 per hour, based on experience
