What You Will Be Doing Preparing case-specific documents, including memoranda and pleadings. Organizing case files and maintaining accurate documentation. Conducting legal research and investigations to support litigation strategies. Providing administrative support to trial attorneys. Communicating effectively with clients and witnesses. Assisting with discovery requests and responses. Preparing PowerPoint presentations for legal proceedings. Experience You Will Need Prior experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal or in a similar role preferred. Certification or Associate’s Degree as a Paralegal is preferred. Knowledge of legal procedures, terminology, and court systems. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven document management and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and operate independently. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
