AMS Staffing, Inc. is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join one of its clients in complex litigation department. The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience handling complex matters from inception to trial. This candidate must have experience with managing complex litigation matters.
Required Skills and Experience:
Drafting pleadings, motions;
Conducting discovery (both propounding and responding to)
Coordinating experts;
Manage Trial Director;
Assist with briefs and memoranda, including creating tables of authorities and tables of contents;
Experience with eDiscovery;
Assisting with deposition, mediation, and trial preparation;
Managing litigation calendar.
Experience:
5+ years managing first party injury claims working as a litigation paralegal.
