Our client is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary for their White Plains, NY office, offering a flexible hybrid work arrangement. Key responsibilities include preparing and e-filing legal documents, formatting and proofreading pleadings, managing exhibits, handling court filings, maintaining attorney calendars, and organizing legal files. The role also involves scheduling conferences and depositions, billing and expense processing, retrieving court decisions from Westlaw, and preparing billing cover letters.

Candidates must have at least 3 years of litigation experience, with a strong understanding of litigation procedures, court rules, e-filing, and document formatting (including tables of authorities). Familiarity with New York and New Jersey State and Federal court systems is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, and excellent organizational abilities are essential. A Notary license is also required.

The role supports multiple attorneys and requires adaptability, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to take on new challenges. Compensation is determined based on experience, education, and other factors, and the role includes a full benefits package including 401(k), medical, dental, vision, and more. The estimated salary range is between $70,000 - $90,000.
