Boutique Atlanta insurance defense law firm located in the Druid Hills area is seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant who has at least one year of law firm experience. This is a permanent, direct hire position in a wonderfully friendly firm! Litigation Legal Assistant will provide a variety of legal administrative support duties that include: Typing from dictation; drafting, proofing, editing and formatting legal correspondence and legal documents Maintaining attorney calendar E-filing with State and Federal courts Communicating with attorneys, court officials and clients Entering attorney time and assisting with monthly bill preparation Creating monthly expense reimbursements Maintaining files Entering attorney time and assisting with billing General administrative support including assisting with phones, scanning, printing, emailing, mailing Helping with special projects as needed Litigation Legal Assistant must have strong technical skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook and excellent communication and organizational skills.
