* J.D. from an *ABA-accredited U.S. law school* * Min. 4 Years Litigation Experience * Admitted in New York State and in good standing * Significant experience in commercial litigation * Proven excellence in legal research, writing, motion practice and depositions * Trial experience a plus * Ability to manage complex matters independently and efficiently
