About the Opportunity
Our client, a prominent law firm with offices across the U.S., is hiring a Litigation Attorney for a non-shareholder track role in Louisiana. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy litigation group focused on tort and insurance defense matters.
This role is ideal for an attorney with strong academic credentials, a solid defense litigation background, and the ability to independently manage cases from start to finish. Trial experience in both state and federal courts is a strong plus.
What Youll Do
Independently manage a caseload of litigation matters
Handle depositions, motion practice, and discovery
Work closely with expert witnesses and clients
Draft pleadings and argue motions in court
Support litigation strategy and case development
What You Bring
2+ years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense or tort matters
Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to manage depositions, hearings, and client strategy
Louisiana Bar admission (active and in good standing)
Strong academic background and stable employment history
