Maintain accurate clinical records, including medication logs and shift reports. Ensure compliance with infection control, safety protocols, and facility policies. Provide emotional support and advocate for the patient's needs during rehabilitation. Requirements Qualifications: Education: Completion of an accredited LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) program.
