Job ID: 134953 Direct Hire Licensed Practical Nurse Role $31-$38.80 per hour in Lakewood, Colorado Clinical Magnet (part of ICON Medical) is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a respected healthcare organization serving the Lakewood, Colorado community. This is a FULL-TIME, DIRECT HIRE opportunity with excellent benefits and competitive pay. Responsibilities of the LPN: Provide high-quality nursing care and support to patients in their homes. Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards. Educate patients and families on medications, treatment instructions, and care plans. Document clinical notes, treatments, and progress in the EMR system. Monitor patient conditions and report changes to physicians or RNs. Collaborate with the care team to ensure patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications of the LPN: Active Colorado Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Current First Aid and BLS certifications (American Heart Association or Red Cross). Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance. Geriatric experience required; 3+ years in a clinic or long-term care setting preferred.

Compensation and Benefits for the LPN: Pay range: $31.00–$38.80/hr (based on experience). Full-time schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm. Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and retirement plans. Generous paid time off. $500 referral bonus program.
