About the Client: You’ll be providing one-on-one care for a 31-year-old male with developmental delays. He is physically similar in size to a 5–6-year-old child (~75 lbs), and thrives best with gentle, patient support in a familiar home setting. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Repositioning in bed and providing pillow support for scoliosis Administering medications via G-tube and nebulizer Using vest therapy and performing suctioning as needed Monitoring and giving PRN medications between scheduled doses Helping with light household tasks (laundry, tidying)

What We’re Looking For: Active LPN license in the state of Washington Experience with respiratory care and G-tube administration Someone who is kind, patient, and comfortable working in a home setting A team player who understands both clinical and basic support needs
