We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a well-established Transitional Care and Rehabilitation Center just outside historic Gettysburg, Pennsylvania . This facility offers ShortStay Rehabilitation , Transitional Care , and LongTerm Care in a recently renovated, modern environment.
The LPN will work under RN supervision to: Administer medications and treatments Monitor and document resident conditions Assist with care planning Supervise unlicensed assistive staff

Schedule Options: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Per diem / contract shifts available)
