Position Summary: Join our team at Sam's Club as a Licensed Optician, where you'll provide exceptional service to our members while assisting with their optical needs. What You'll Do: Enhance member experience by understanding their needs, helping with purchasing decisions, and addressing any concerns. Maintain attractive merchandise displays through organization, cleaning, and proper presentation of products. Ensure compliance with company policies by accurately handling claims, returns, and the overall appearance of the Optical area. Receive, stock, and maintain inventory in the Optical section, following procedures to keep the area organized and operational. Operate point-of-sale systems to process transactions, assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges effectively. Assist members in selecting Optical products and services; measure, adjust, and repair eyewear; verify prescription information and handle necessary documentation. Conduct and record results of optometric pre-tests to support the eye care needs of our members.
