Job Description As a key player in our store, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring a positive experience for customers and a happy working environment for associates. Plus, enjoy the perk of Sundays off! Your Contributions: Drive and monitor sales performance and profit margins, ensuring alignment with National Vision standards. Optimize the eyeglass department for efficiency while adhering to company policies. Deliver exceptional customer service and inspire associates to do the same. Maintain high-quality standards in all aspects of store operations. Implement effective merchandising and promotional strategies according to brand standards. Supervise and motivate Opticians and sales associates, ensuring day-to-day functions are completed effectively. Assist the General Manager in staffing needs, along with recruiting and training top talent. Coach and mentor associates to meet sales and customer service objectives. Support the development of future Opticians within the legal framework. Are You the Right Fit? We are looking for candidates who: Hold a valid Optical license in accordance with state regulations. Have experience in optical sales, with supervisory experience preferred. Possess strong leadership qualities and are effective in building relationships. Have a solid understanding of store operations and excellence standards. Exhibit strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills. Are organized and capable of setting and monitoring work plans. Have the ability to analyze financial reports and address challenges effectively. Are ABO and NCLE certified.
