Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, or groups facing various mental health concerns
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines
Collaborate with other mental health professionals, case managers, and support staff
Promote a supportive and inclusive therapeutic environment that respects client diversity

Requirements

Active and unrestricted LMHC license in the State of New York
Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field
Strong clinical judgment and therapeutic skills
Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities
Prior experience in a clinical setting is a plus
