Position Overview:
We are expanding our team and looking for Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) to provide therapy to adult individuals and couples.
Job Type: Full-time, Remote Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, evaluations, and therapy sessions Complete documentation within 24 hours Develop and implement personalized treatment plans Participate in peer case consultations Maintain accurate and timely records Requirements Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related discipline Active independent licensure (LMFT, LCPC, LPC, LCSW) Comfortable using technology for virtual therapy sessions Benefits Employer-matched 401(k) Health, dental, and vision coverage Generous PTO and life insurance
