Location: Washington Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Summary As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will provide virtual therapy services to individuals, couples, and families facing emotional, behavioral, relational, and mental health concerns. This role focuses on helping clients improve communication, manage stress, work through conflict, and build healthier day-to-day functioning. You will assess client needs, create treatment plans, lead therapy sessions, and maintain accurate clinical records while working in a structured telehealth setting.
Responsibilities
Provide virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
Complete clinical assessments and develop treatment plans based on client needs
Support clients with relationship issues, family conflict, anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions
Maintain timely and accurate progress notes and other required documentation
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment goals as needed
Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals when appropriate
Follow ethical, legal, and organizational guidelines for telehealth practice
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related behavioral health field
Active LMFT license
Experience providing therapy in a remote or outpatient setting is a plus
Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
