The Victoria Dominguez Farmers Insurance Agency in North Richland Hills Texas, one of our best, award winning agencies, is looking for a dedicated, driven individual to join our growing team as a full-time Insurance Sales Representative. You will be using your professional demeanor, and excellent communication skills to achieve agency sales goals and standards. You will be expected to come into the office for a training period, but you will be able to work from home on a hybrid schedule after training.

• Using your excellent presentation skills, you'll be working with clients to develop insurance quotes. make sales presentations and close sales to meet established sales goals.
• With your keen attention to detail, you'll be processing policy changes, cross-selling and rounding out client accounts and obtaining referrals.
• Using your excellent problem-solving skills, you will be overcoming objections, following up with clients to ensure satisfaction, and educating & advising clients on the best policies for their unique needs.
• With your excellent rapport-building talents, you will be building clientele via telephone prospecting, cold-calling, and warm leads obtained via referrals and other marketing activities.

Compensation

You will be offered a base salary based on your experience and verifiable track record of success.

• An Active Texas Property and Casualty General Lines License is required.
• 5+ Years Successful Sales Career in Insurance is required
• Ability to generate new business through lead generation, referrals and networking
• Ability to call all the leads we provide daily
• Bilingual Spanish / English is preferred but not required.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and coachable.
• Farmers Insurance Experience is a PLUS but NOT REQUIRED
