We are seeking a full-time mental health professional to join our outpatient clinic team, working 40 hours per week, from 8 AM to 5 PM, five days a week. In this role, you will deliver direct mental health services to patients suffering from various mental and behavioral disorders. Collaboration is key in this position, as you will be working closely with our Psychiatrist to implement evidence-based practices tailored to our patients' needs. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive evaluations, developing detailed treatment plans, providing therapeutic interventions, and maintaining accurate documentation of patient progress. Additionally, you will be tasked with initiating essential referrals to healthcare providers, social service programs, and community resources to address the unique needs of both patients and their families. Candidates must hold a current Nebraska license as an Independent Mental Health Provider (LIMHP) and possess a Master’s degree in Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field. While bilingual skills are preferred to enhance patient communication, they are not a requirement for this position.
