What You’ll Do Assist the dentist during a wide range of procedures Prepare rooms, sterilize instruments, and manage inventory Take digital x-rays, impressions, and perform other delegated duties per MN Board of Dentistry Educate and comfort patients before, during, and after treatment Help implement and uphold our brand-new systems and workflows Contribute to a supportive, energized, and collaborative team environment

Requirements: What We’re Looking For: Current Minnesota Dental Assistant License (LDA) Experience working with children or in pediatric dentistry (preferred but not required) Strong understanding of sterilization protocols, OSHA/CDC standards, and dental instruments Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—especially with young patients and families Organized, flexible, and able to adapt in a fast-moving environment Positive energy and a team-first attitude Additional Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; graduation from an accredited dental assistant program preferred Additional certifications (e.g., coronal polishing, EFDA) are a plus Proficient in dental software and digital X-ray systems We offer a supportive and upbeat team culture where you’ll be encouraged to grow professionally while making a real impact in the lives of kids and families.
