Kubicki Draper is looking for a Legal Recruiter to join our in-house recruitment team. This role will involve identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional legal talent to meet the firm's expanding needs. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of the legal industry, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively assess candidates. Your Day-to-Day: Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various legal practice areas. Source candidates through networking, social media, and legal career platforms. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit. Coordinate and facilitate the interview process with Shareholders, Director of HR and Hiring Partner. Maintain and update recruitment databases and provide regular reporting on recruitment metrics. Requirements 3+ years of recruitment experience, with at least one year of legal recruiting experience strongly preferred. Deep understanding of various legal practice areas and the legal recruitment landscape. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented approach. Proficient in recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
