If you love negotiating SaaS and partner agreements, thrive on moving fast without missing the details, and want to be the legal force behind a high-growth GTM team - this one’s for you.What You’ll DoReview, draft, and negotiate all types of commercial agreements, including SaaS contracts, partner agreements, vendor agreements, DPAs, NDAs, and more, aligned with the company’s go-to-market strategy.Own and manage the full lifecycle of the company’s commercial agreements, from initiation and negotiation to execution, implementation, and archival.Partner with Sales, Product, and Security teams to support and accelerate commercial deals, negotiate contracts, and remove legal blockers.Contribute to commercial legal operations, including scalable legal processes, tooling, workflowautomation, and training.Draft, implement, and continuously improve legal commercial templates and related playbooks to ensure consistency and scalability.Coordinate and manage external counsel on specialized commercial matters as needed.What We’re Looking ForJD (or equivalent) from an accredited law school, and active license to practice in the U.S.5+ years of experience as a commercial lawyer, with at least 2 years in a fast-paced tech company (in-house).Expertise in negotiating B2B commercial agreements, particularly in the SaaS space, including with enterprise and mid-market customers in the US and globally.Solid understanding of U.S. and international privacy, IP, and data protection regulations (e.g., CCPA, GDPR) as they relate to commercial agreements and SaaS contracting.A get-things-done and problem-solving mindset, with strong judgment and the ability to navigate complex issues in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Highly organized, with the ability to manage competing priorities, set priorities, and keep the details tight.A true team player with great communication skills.A self-starter who takes ownership, looks around corners, and pushes things forward.Bonus: Experience working with multinational, global companies or across global time zones. #J-18808-Ljbffr
