Assistant Job Duties Administrative Assistant responsibilities include assisting with customer service, emailing formats, client data entry, developing a productive work environment and supporting the attorney. Responsibilities/Skills Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities Willing to work hard and take instruction from Legal administrators, and attorneys Update spreadsheets, databases, case management software, and client information Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships Excellent written and verbal communication skills Maintain confidential information diligently and securely Requirements Good understanding of office management and customer service Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach The ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment Excellent knowledge of MS Office, computer software, and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Suite etc.) Excellent communication and people skills Experience in the roofing or construction industry is a strong advantage Reliability and attention to detail Must pass a background check Benefits:  401(k) matching, Health insurance, Vision insurance, Dental insurance, Paid Time Off
