Greet prospective and current residents in a warm, professional manner Present property features, amenities, pricing, and availability to potential residents Schedule property tours and guide prospects through the leasing process Process rental applications, conduct background/credit checks, and prepare lease agreements Accurately complete and maintain leasing paperwork and documentation Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, communicate maintenance needs to property manager and lead inspections process Complete and submit Section 8 documents, including RTA and inspection forms for MDHA, MHA, THDA, etc. Follow up with leads, inquiries, and lease renewals in a timely manner Enter data for new leases and renewals into property management software Generate and send group emails regarding move-outs (name, unit, date) Receive and process 30-day/45-day notices and notify owners of vacancies Upload all relevant resident documentation to the system Write receipts and record payments as needed Collaborate closely with property managers, office staff, and maintenance teams to support community operations Education and Skill Requirements Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor with a strong customer service focus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with property management software preferred (, Buildium, AppFolio, Yardi, Rent Manager) Strong attention to detail with accurate documentation skills Team player with a collaborative mindset High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred Bilingual (Spanish) preferred About Legacy Real Estate Group Local expertise.
