Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 12+ years of programming expertise in a relevant language or 8+ years with a PhD. Proven history of planning multi-year roadmaps with aligned short-term accomplishments. Experience leading extensive cross-functional engineering initiatives. Skilled in utilizing data for problem-solving and providing actionable insights. Proficient in cross-functional communication and solution implementation. Experience in mentoring and influencing executive stakeholders across organizations. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a closely related field. Familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. Knowledge of NLP techniques including text preprocessing, tokenization, and sentiment analysis. Understanding of information retrieval concepts such as indexing, querying, and ranking. Demonstrated experience with data structures and algorithms, including graph theory and optimization techniques.
