Job Highlights
Lead the daily production activities to ensure area goals are met while maintaining a seamless workflow.
Communicate effectively with team members and resources to address challenges and prevent disruptions in production.
Implement strategies to minimize waste and optimize resource use.
Coordinate training for staff while serving as the primary point of contact for team members in your area.
Qualifications
High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in production/manufacturing with some leadership experience required.
Proven leadership skills with a focus on motivating and guiding team members.
Proficiency in Work Order management and basic computer skills, including Windows applications like Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Capable of clearly communicating job expectations and monitoring staff performance.
Able to train operators on standard work procedures, including quality measures and policy compliance.
Committed to identifying and fostering continuous improvement initiatives.
