We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide therapy and support to individuals, particularly those with developmental disabilities, while adhering to ethical guidelines and maintaining confidentiality. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions in a supportive environment. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide therapy and counseling services to individuals, focusing on those with developmental disabilities. Utilize evidence-based practices in therapy sessions, including Christian counseling when appropriate. Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Engage in clinical research to enhance therapeutic practices and contribute to data collection efforts. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure holistic support for clients. Stay informed about ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding for accurate diagnosis and billing processes. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities. Years of Experience: 2 year(s) Certfications: LCSW, State license Charting System: Epic Experience A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required. Current state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred. Familiarity with clinical research methodologies is a plus. Strong understanding of data collection processes related to client outcomes. Proficient knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ethical standards in social work practice. Previous experience providing therapy or counseling services is essential.
