Job Description:

VRSI, in partnership with Quality Staff, LLC, is seeking experienced, dependable and motivated landscapers for long-term, project-based work across commercial job sites in the Tampa area. This role is ideal for individuals who have prior landscaping experience, and are comfortable with tasks like laying sod, mulching, installing rock, and shaping outdoor spaces. Candidates should be able to work independently and also support small crews when needed. This position is ideal for individuals seeking stability, consistent work, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage 1-2 crew members

• Complete landscaping projects: sod installation, mulch/rock placement, bed building, and general site prep

• Perform general lawn maintenance: mowing, edging, trimming, and seasonal planting

• Use and maintain landscaping tools and equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, hand tools, trailers)

• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized job site

• Driving the truck and tailer

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of crew lead experience

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor Florida conditions

• Valid driver's license and have access to a personal vehicle for commuting to and from various job sites

• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions & work independently

• Experience operating basic landscaping machinery/tools
