Vale Group has partnered with a company based in Fort Myers, FL, who is actively searching for an experienced Landscape Architect to work onsite for an opportunity paying $80,000-$130,000 annually, based on experience. A family-first, design-forward landscape architecture firm dedicated to innovation, sustainability, and the delivery of exceptional outdoor spaces. Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard hours.

As a Landscape Architect, you will:

Lead or contribute to the design, permitting, and management of projects across commercial, municipal, and high-end residential sectors.
Develop planting plans, irrigation designs, hardscape layouts, and construction documents.
Guide clients through the design process from concept to installation.
Collaborate with civil engineers, contractors, and municipal agencies.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables with excellence.
Support or lead client presentations, proposals, and community meetings.
(If senior-level) Play a strategic role in business development, growing our client base and shaping our design vision.

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
Licensed Landscape Architect in the state of Florida.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in landscape architecture, with increasing responsibility.
Proven experience with Florida-specific codes, permitting processes, and municipal coordination.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Adobe Creative Suite, and relevant design software.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present confidently to clients and partners.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.

Preferred:

7-10+ years of experience with leadership exposure.
Business development experience or a strong client following.
Familiarity with Land FX, SketchUp, or 3D rendering tools.
Experience managing high-end residential projects or luxury communities.
