Aligned Talent Acquisition's client, a prestigious AmLaw 50 firm, is seeking a highly qualified mid-to-senior level associate to join its dynamic Employment Practice. The ideal candidate will have substantial law firm experience in drafting employment-related documents and agreements, including: Employment agreements Separation agreements Restrictive covenant agreements Policies and position statements AmLaw experience is preferred, not required. Licensed and in good standing with the state bar.

This role also involves advising clients on a wide range of employment matters and providing employment-related support for corporate transactions. While experience with employment-related investigations and litigation is a plus, it is not a requirement.
