Labor & Employment Associate Attorney ** Kentucky ** 2–3 Years

About the Role We’re seeking a Labor & Employment Associate to handle a variety of matters including litigation, agency proceedings (EEOC, DOL, NLRB), legal research, brief writing, and client counseling. Youll be involved in all aspects of case strategy and client interaction. What We’re Looking For
J.D. and active license to practice in Kentucky 2–3 years of labor & employment experience Strong research, writing, and communication skills Ability to manage complex matters with some supervision Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office, PDFs, e-discovery tools)
