About the Role: This position involves assuming responsibility and accountability for clinical laboratory testing that pertains to patient care and diagnosis. The successful candidate will have experience in performing clinical laboratory tests, maintaining quality standards, and collaborating with healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities: Performing clinical laboratory tests, including routine and special procedures. Maintaining quality standards through quality control, preventative maintenance, and inventory control. Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate test results and effective patient care. Requirements: Baccalaureate or Associate Degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field. ASCP or equivalent certification within a specific area, such as M(ASCP), H(ASCP), C(ASCP). Previous clinical laboratory experience as a Medical Laboratory Technician or a related role.
