The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in healthcare and medical malpractice litigation and a desire to work on high-stakes cases representing healthcare professionals and facilities. Duties:
Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop litigation strategies for defending medical malpractice cases.
Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, discovery, motions, memos, briefs, and correspondence.
Analyze medical records and provide insights relevant to case development.
Represent clients in court and handle all aspects of litigation including depositions, hearings, and conferences.
Interact with medical experts for case preparation and consultation.
Conduct legal and medical research to support case strategies.
Manage multiple cases, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.
Develop and maintain client relationships with professionalism and clear communication.
Requirements:
Admission to practice law in New York.
1-4 years of experience in medical malpractice or healthcare litigation.
Strong legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
