Janitor/Cleaner - Housing

Our client is seeking a Janitor/Cleaner to join their team. As a Janitor/Cleaner, you will be part of the facilities team supporting the maintenance of common areas in housing. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Altoona, PA

Pay Range: $15.00

Shift: Part-time, 10 AM - 2 PM, 7 days a week with weekends being the highest need

What's the Job?

• Cleaning common areas of housing including restrooms, floors, offices, and meeting rooms.
• Performing tasks such as sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
• Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
• Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Working collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations.

• No prior experience required; we welcome candidates eager to learn.
• Ability to work flexible hours, especially on weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to undergo a standard 7-year background check.
