Overview We are conducting a search on behalf of our client, a private wealth management firm, for a Portfolio Manager Director . This individual will lead a team of portfolio managers, oversee equity selection and portfolio construction, and work directly with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. This is a long-term leadership opportunity with significant growth potential. Candidates must hold the CFA designation. Key Responsibilities Manage and mentor a team of portfolio managers Oversee the firm’s investment process, including security selection and asset allocation Lead equity research and stock selection in line with client objectives Collaborate with client advisors to deliver customized portfolio solutions Maintain and develop relationships with HNW and UHNW clients Ensure portfolios are aligned with client goals, risk tolerance, and firm strategy Participate in investment committee discussions and decision-making Oversee portfolio reviews, rebalancing, and performance reporting Requirements CFA designation required 10+ years of experience in portfolio management or investment leadership Experience managing teams and client relationships Strong background in equity research and security selection Direct experience working with HNW/UHNW clients Proven ability to operate in a collaborative, client-focused environment
